Will not deploy

Could not get this to deploy on Release 6.0.6_GA_2330.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 NETWORK edition.

Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong, only tried to deply from admin GUI so far. Not going to rate this poorly as I seem to be the only person having trouble.
