Request read receipt

This zimlet allows user to automaticaly request a read receipt for each mail sent.

Available languages: English, French, German, Italian, Portugues (Brazil), Russian

Works on ZCS 6+, 7+

Update:

1.5->1.6: Russian and German translantions added (thanks to Anonymous contributor and Torsten Krueger)

1.4->1.5: Portugues (Brazil) translation added (thanks to Rodrigo Caldas)

1.3->1.4: (fixed bug) not working on Internet Explorer

1.3->1.3.1: Italian translation updated

1.2->1.3: cancel button added, fixed bug on menu (thanks to Lorenzo Fascì)

1.1->1.2 : Italian translation added (thanks to Lorenzo Milesi)

1.0->1.1 : (fixed bug) always request a read receipt (even if configuration is unchecked)
