Zimbra Support Tool
This Zimlet allows you to view, export, email and compare Zimbra Account preferences. This application and system information is useful when filing a support ticket and opening a bug.
- Capture the Account Preferences by clicking on the Zimlet. This information includes Zimbra Version History, Browser version, and a list of 160+ preferences and features.
- Include this information when opening a support ticket or filing a bug. This can be accomplished via "Send Email" which copies all the preferences information into mail compose, or via "Click Export As Html" which opens this information in simple html file that can be saved and attached to a bug.
- The recipient can compare preferences by drag-and-drop the email on the Support Tool or by copy/paste the information in the email into the tool.
